At Webbs we believe in offering you a selection of delivery methods tailored to meet today’s hectic lifestyle. We are continually looking at ways of improving delivery service to you.
Your delivery method will be confirmed at checkout and with your order confirmation email. Please check the logos on your order confirmation email. If you have ordered items with different delivery methods these will arrive seperately as detailed below.

  • We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receipt of order for those products that sit in stock in our warehouse, so that you should receive your goods within 48 hours of ordering.
  • Orders received on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (not including Bank Holiday Mondays where the item will be despatched Tuesday) and will be delivered to you Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • Consignment Tracking Available
  • If you can't be in to receive an order and are happy to leave alternative arrangements such as leaving with a neighbour or in a concealed place, please leave clear instructions in the "Special Instructions" box at the checkout. Please note that you are giving our courriers permission to leave items by doing this.
  • Unfortunately our standard delivery service is not a timed service, however the following options are available with the additional surcharge. Please contact customer services on: customerservices@webbsdirect.co.uk or 0870 225 0227 should you require one:
  1. Guaranteed Saturday AM £15
  2. Evening Delivery £5 (from 5pm to 9pm)

  • Our customer services team will ring/contact you to organise a suitable delivery date within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • For suites held in stock we will aim to deliver within 3-14 days of receipt of order, provided that we are able to contact you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable delivery time.
  • Once the delivery date has been agreed, you will be contacted by our courrier partner 1 day before delivery to give an indication of delivery time, and 1 hour before delivery by the driver.

Enquiries from Abroad:For enquiries from abroad please email us on customerservice@webbsdirect.co.uk, and we will endeavour to get back to you with a quotation within 3 working days.

Receipt of Products: 
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result. If you order products from separate delivery bands you will only be charged the highest delivery cost.

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address.
