Placing Your First Order:
This page contains step-by-step instructions on how to place your first order.
Find What You Want To Buy:
If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in the search box at the top of the page. Alternatively type a general name such as "Vegetable Seeds" in the search box.
If you prefer just to browse simply click the tabs and links around the website until you discover something interesting.
To get more information about a product, click its name to see its product information page. There you'll find:
- image(s) of the item.
- the delivery method of the item and a link to the delivery information page.
- description and the product's details.
- an opportunity to buy the item by adding it to your shopping basket.
- availability where relevant - all products on our website should be available in stock except where stated.
Add Item To Your Shopping Basket:
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items or adjust quantities from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want click the "Buy Now" button.
When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click "Go to Basket" to check the items you've added.
To start completing your order click the "Go To Checkout" button.
Completing Your Order:
1. Signing In/Registration
- If you're a new customer please enter your full address, contact telephone and email details. Simply type in your postcode, and our clever postcode address finder will do the rest. Be sure to enter the same address as the credit/debit card you intend to use for purchasing. We will only use your telephone number to contact you to discuss your delivery arrangements. You will be given the option to opt in or out of any future promotional mailings by email or post. Click here for full details of our privacy policy.
- If you're a returning customer, simply enter your email address and password, and your address will automatically be remembered. For security reasons you will need to enter your card details for every individual purchase.

3. Delivery Address:
- The webshop will automatically enter your invoice address as the delivery address. However simply click on the link to enter an alternative address and/or recipient.

4. Enter payment details:
- Let us know how you want to pay for your order. We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch, Mastercard.
- We are sorry but at this point we cannot accept payment online by American Express or cheque.
- All orders must be prepaid.
- If you're paying with a credit or debit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.
5. Review and submit your order
- Print or save a copy of your order confirmation, a copy of which will immediately be sent to your email address.
