Frog & Toad House
Timber Frog & Toad House FSC Approved

Encourage our amphibian friends into your garden with this dual compartment wooden home. The house provides habitat and safe retreat from predators such as birds of prey and domestic pets. Ideally position the Frog & Toad House in a quiet area which should be cool and shaded near water if possible.
Hibernation for frogs and toads starts in October. The frogs, then, become active once again in January and the toads in March. The house provides cool spaces in the WET section, which is open to the ground, with a reclaimed roof tile above.
Additional stones or wood can be added to this section to create more nooks and crannies. The DRY section has an entrance on the opposite side which may be used for overwintering and stones, moss & leaves should be added to create a perfect environment. The house is constructed from a durable mix of Larch, Cedar and Hazel and requires no further treatment.
