I was so pleased that I ordered a second, which Webbs dispatched immediately, however, this time Tuffnells mislaid the planter and 4 working days after placing the order there was no sign of it. I contacted Webbs and after discussions about the options they very helpfully sent a member of staff with a replacement that day (I live locally). I therefore cannot fault Webbs and would highly recommend them for their superb customer service.
Both Raised Beds are now assembled and in place fully planted, I think that they look wonderful. There are some gaps in the sides where the planks don't quite meet, I did say it was rustic, but lining with Plantex weed control fabric or similar soon fixes that. they also each took 420L of topsoil to fill, so you will need to take this into account.
Overall, I would buy this product again.

I ordered one of these Raised Beds to use as a shrub planter, Webbs dispatched it to me the same day and Tuffnells delivered it on their behalf the next day - fantastic service!
The Raised Bed is rustic in appearance and a bit 'rough around the edges', it also has no floor/base, these are not criticisms, I was aware of this when purchasing and it suited my intended use perfectly to create height in the garden and a planting space where there was little usable soil above the bedrock. All the parts arrived as stated in the instructions and it was easy to assemble with a power drill/driver (don't try without), you will ideally need to drill 3mm pilot holes to a depth of 100mm to ease this process.

I had a problem with the delivery and parts missing on this product but Seb in the web orders department sorted the problem fast and very quickly I would highly recommend using them I cant fault their service in the slightest
