'Donate, don't Dump Day' – Webbs helps St Richard's Hospice

Customers and staff at Webbs Garden Centre in Wychbold are holding a second  Donate, don’t Dump Day for St Richard’s Hospice.

The award-winning garden centre has taken inspiration from the popular BBC 2 television Mary Queen of Charity Shops programme.  They are encouraging customers and staff to come along to Webbs, Wychbold on Thursday, 16th September, between 10am and 6pm and bring one good quality item which is no longer wanted or needed.

Executive Chairman Ed Webb said, “We held a very successful Donate Day for St Richard’s last year which helped  to improve the quality and quantity of donations. We’ve had similar successful days for other local hospices this year and our customers are now getting into the idea of it being a fixed part of the calendar. We are very glad to be able to help St Richard’s raise the much needed funds to carry out their invaluable work in the community.”
