Do you know your merguez from your classic British chipolata? Back after the popular 2019 event, join food teacher Lap-fai Lee and The Butchers at Webbs team to create your own homemade sausages using four different recipes and techniques in this hands on course. During the evening you'll make each sausage recipe from scratch, then sit down for a simple supper. Take home the fruits of your labour to enjoy with family and friends at home.

About your Food Teacher:

Lap-fai Lee is a cult hero of the Birmingham food scene, making his name through the eclectic pop-ups, masterclasses and imaginative menu curation. As a food consultant he develops recipes and menus for top brands and restaurants. His progressive cookery paired with his keen eye for photography make him a favourite for food lovers. As a cookery teacher, he teaches a wide range of cookery classes from pork butchery to charcuterie to Thai cuisine and macarons. He has a wealth of knowledge in sausage making and combined with his teaching experience he brings this unique sausage making class to Food at Webbs.
