What you need to know: 1 x pack of Carrot Adelaide seeds Each pack contains approx 750 seeds Sowing instructions: sow in fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny, spot spring to mid summer in drills 1cm (½in) deep, spaced 30cm (12in) apart Can be sown January to February in containers under protection/frames for earliest roots Carrots prefer a deep, rich well drained soil which does not contain fresh manure As soon as the seedlings are large enough to handle, start thinning them out so that they are finally 10cm (4in) apart Harvest Summer/Autumn
