How we're keeping you safe:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience in our garden centres, we ask that you assist our teams with the following when you visit.
Please respect the space of others by practising social distancing.
- To protect yourself and others, please continue to wear a mask if this makes you feel more comfortable. In line with government guidance, we encourage our colleagues and customers to make the choice based on their individual circumstances.
- Please continue to pay using contactless methods of payment. We are currently not accepting cash payments in our garden centres.
- Use the hand sanitisers provided throughout the store and on tables in our restaurants.
- Please only touch items that you intend to purchase.
- Be kind to each other and enjoy your time in our garden centres.

Are you open?
Yes, all of our garden centres, Wychbold, West Hagley & Cheltenham are currently open. Our opening hours at our Wychbold store are Mon - Fri 9:00am - 8:00pm, Sat 9:00am - 6:00pm and Sun 10:00am - 4:30pm. Our opening hours at our West Hagley and Cheltenham stores are Mon - Sat 9:00am - 6:00pm and Sun 10:00am - 4:30pm. On Sunday's our Restaurants are open from 10:00am, no purchases in the main garden centre until 10:30am. Our entrance doors close at 4:30pm with 30 minutes shopping up time until 5:00pm.
Priority access to our stores:
Customer numbers in-store are currently limited at any one time and are managed at entrance points. Very occasionally this may result in customers having to queue externally to gain entrance to our stores at peak times. During colder months, we know that queuing may become harder for some of our customers – during this time we are happy to offer our elderly and vulnerable customers priority access into our stores. On arrival at our store entrance, please approach our greeter who will then assist you to an alternative entrance. Can’t locate our greeter? Please call our stores (See store numbers below) and a member of our team will meet you outside – alternatively, call any of our stores prior to your arrival and we can arrange safe entry to the store for you without the need to queue.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes our colleagues will happily place an order for you over the phone.
Is the website open for orders?
Yes our website remains open for you to place orders safely from the comfort of your own home.
What is my expected delivery time?
For smaller items that will fit into a box, the time from ordering to delivery is expected to be between 2-3 working days. For larger items such as furniture, the time from ordering to delivery is expected to be between 3 - 10 working days*
* Working days are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Couriers may still deliver at weekends.
I have a problem with my delivery…Order not delivered / missing items / damaged items?
Please email our webshop representatives on firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number, the preferred method of contact and a short summary of the issue along with any relevant photos. Our team will be in touch.
Is my delivery still going ahead?
Currently all scheduled deliveries are still going ahead. If there is an exception to this you will be contacted either by Webbs Garden Centre directly or the outside courier/delivery company handling your delivery.
Can I add to an existing order?
Unfortunately our system does not allow us to amend an existing order.
Can I collect items from the store?
We currently offer a Click & Collect service at our Wychbold store only. Products that are available for Click & Collect will have that service displayed as delivery option on the product page. We will continue to add to the number of products that are available for Click & Collect.
