Are you open?
Yes, all of our garden centres, Wychbold, West Hagley & Cheltenham are remaining open during the 2nd lockdown. Our Wychbold opening hours are currently Mon - Fri 9:00am - 8:00pm, Sat 9:00am - 6:00pm and Sun 10:30am - 4:30pm. Our West Hagley & Cheltenham store opening hours are Mon - Sat 9:00am - 6:00pm and Sun 10:30am - 4:30pm.
 
Are your Restaurants open?
No, these are closed between Thu 5th Nov - Wed 2nd Dec.

Are concessions open?
It is also worth noting the current operating status of our on-site concessions at our stores. GBC (Wychbold & West Hagley) and Macarthur Barstow & Gibbs (Wychbold) remain open as normal. Hobbycraft (Wychbold), Lakeland (Wychbold) and Jacuzzi Hot Tub Centre (Wychbold) are closed to customers but remain available for click & collect purchases. Cotswold Outdoor (Wychbold) and The Falconry Centre (West Hagley) are currently closed for the duration of the current government lockdown. For further concession information on opening hours and status we also advise keeping up to date on their own website and social media profiles.

Priority access to our stores:

Customer numbers in-store are currently limited at any one time and are managed at entrance points. We understand that this may result in customers having to queue externally to gain entrance to our stores at peak times. Our peak times tend to be weekends and weekdays between 11am and 3pm. For that reason we have extended our weekday opening hours to 8pm from Monday 2nd November to allow our more vulnerable customers to visit in a quieter environment with less or no queues. As we approach winter and the weather gets colder, we know that queuing may become harder for some of our customers – during this time we are happy to offer our elderly and vulnerable customers priority access into our stores. On arrival at our store entrance, please approach our greeter who will then assist you to an alternative entrance. Can’t locate our greeter? Please call our stores (See store numbers below) and a member of our team will meet you outside – alternatively, call any of our stores prior to your arrival and we can arrange safe entry to the store for you without the need to queue.

Are your toilets open?
Yes, our toilet facilities are open at all of our garden centres - Wychbold, Hagley and Cheltenham. Please make sure that you read the health and safety signs, respect social distancing and wash your hands for at least 20 seconds. 

Are any of your festive events taking place?
Any events scheduled between Thu 5th Nov - Wed 2nd Dec are unfortunately cancelled. Any events from 3rd Dec onwards we currently plan to host. However, we will just need to wait and see what happens and will update you after the next Government announcement.

Face covering policy:
From Fri 24th July 2020, it will be mandatory by law for all customers to wear a face covering when shopping in retail environments across England. Please remember to bring your face covering with you and wear it when you enter our stores for everyone’s safety.

  • You do not need to wear your face covering when you eat and drink in our restaurants but you will need to wear a face covering when you leave these areas and walk around our stores.

  • If you have a medical reason why you cannot wear a face covering, then please let our Greeter know at each of our store entrances. There is no requirement for children under the age of 11 to wear a face mask.

  • Our colleagues inside our stores will be wearing a face covering unless they are behind a screen and service points.

  • Our Food at Webbs restaurant colleagues will either be wearing a face covering or visor when working inside our restaurants – except for our colleagues serving customers outside in our restaurant garden at Wychbold.

  • Our colleagues working in our outdoor areas are not required to wear a face covering but will wear one when moving to areas inside our stores.


Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes our colleagues will happily place an order for you over the phone.
 
Is the website open for orders?
Yes our website remains open for you to place orders safely from the comfort of your own home.
 
What is my expected delivery time?
For smaller items that will fit into a box, the time from ordering to delivery is expected to be between 2-3 working days. For larger items such as furniture, the time from ordering to delivery is expected to be between 3 - 10 working days*

* Working days are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Couriers may still deliver at weekends.

I have a problem with my delivery…Order not delivered / missing items / damaged items?
Please email our webshop representatives on webshop@webbs.co.uk. Include your order number, the preferred method of contact and a short summary of the issue along with any relevant photos. Our team will be in touch.
 
Is my delivery still going ahead?
Currently all scheduled deliveries are still going ahead. If there is an exception to this you will be contacted either by Webbs Garden Centre directly or the outside courier/delivery company handling your delivery.
 
Can I add to an existing order?
Unfortunately our system does not allow us to amend an existing order.
 
Can I collect items from the store?
We are currently offering a limited click and collect service fro our Wychbold store only. Products that are available for Click and Collect will have that service displayed as delivery option on the product page. We will continue to add to the number of products that are available for click and collect.
 
ClubCARD renewals:
We have extended all of our clubCARD memberships that were due to expire between the 1st March 2020 through 31st May 2020 for a further three months, as a gesture of goodwill. This will happen automatically without the need to call in to our Customer Services Team.
