We set our Head Baker the challenge of creating the ultimate Father's Day feast.

This event experience uses the finest produce from our award-winning Food Hall, served to your reserved table in our Wychbold restaurant.

Each platter includes a delicious runny yolk Scotch egg, pork pie and sausage roll from our deli counter, served with shredded coleslaw, chutney and freshly baked Ciabatta. On your wooden platter you'll also discover Snowdonia Cheese Company's Black Bomber cheddar and Fourme d'ambert, a French blue cheese with a recipe dating back to Roman times. Finally, we felt this wouldn't be complete without thick slices of roast beef and ham, pickled onions, cherry tomatoes and a fresh, green salad.

Your choice of drink includes high quality loose leaf tea from the Brew Tea Co. or fresh coffee made with premium roasted beans from Three Sixty° Coffee. Or why don't you spoil Dad by adding one of these premium drinks...

  • Wye Valley Brewery's 1985 lager (500ml / 4.5% ABV)
  • Small Beer Lager (330ml / 2.1% ABV) or Steam (330ml / 2.7% ABV)
