- The single crown in this pack comes as a root, plant out within a few days of purchase
- Potted rhubarb can be planted out at any time of the year unless the ground is frozen

What we recommend:
- Leave the crop for the first year and simply cut back yellow leaves. Cut back all leaves and flowering stalks in the autumn once they have died. In the 2nd year, harvest up to only half the crop to allow the plant to generate more energy for the next year's growth
