Get ready for summer with the ultimate barbecue cookery masterclass from the world's barbecue experts.


As a flagship Weber World store, we are delighted to offer you this 3 hour, hands-on, cookery school certified by Weber where you can learn new skills and techniques from a Weber barbecue chef while cooking up some tasty dishes. This relaxed and fun course is limited to a small group of participants to provide an enjoyable atmosphere for your tuition and is sure to expand your barbecuing mindset.

The course includes:
  • 3 hour hands-on cooking experience with a Weber certified barbecue chef

  • The opportunity to cook on the latest Weber Barbecues to increase your cooking repertoire. The recipes will include the use of a range of accessories so that you learn about the different cooking methods and techniques used to produce some exceptionally delicious food.

  • Drinks provided throughout your course

  • Cook and eat all of the food produced on the day

  • Weber Apron to take home plus a digital recipe brochure & digital course certificate.

 

Menu - Tex Mex BBQ:

  • Mexican Beer Chicken Quesadilla

  • Smash Burger with Spicy Ketchup, Guacamole, American Cheese & Jalapenos

  • Elotes (Grilled Mexican Corn)

  • Seasoned Vegetable Fries

  • Sticky Rotisserie Pineapple with Lime & Coconut Yoghurt

  • Demo Dish - Flat Iron Steak with Spicy Chimichurri


Menu - Mediterranean BBQ:

  • Sicilian Wings with Salmoriglio Sauce

  • Chargrilled Monkfish, Chorizo, Pepper Kebabs, Smoked Paprika, Mayo

  • Grilled Polenta Chips

  • Courgette Salad with Chilli & Mint

  • Rosemary Peach & Honey Tart

  • Demo Dish - Gambas Pil Pil with Toasted Herby Bread


Please note, the menu will be different depending on the day of your course.


Equipment to be used:
We will use a range of equipment on the day provided by Weber, including the Genesis EPX335, MasterTouch Premium, Smokefire Wood Pellet Grill, Lumin & Summit Kamado. The equipment used should cover the breadth of barbecue types you may have at home or help you decide which barbecue to go for if you are planning to up your barbecue game this summer.

Chef Bio:
Shane Bagley is a classically trained American Pit Master. After starting his career at Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, he worked in some of the city's most notable restaurants and hotels. After moving to the UK and setting up several restaurants and barbecue catering companies, he eventually began hosting cooker courses leading to his partnership with Weber.
