We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service (Hub) team at our Wychbold garden centre.
 
The role involves:
  • Answering incoming calls to the garden centre, resolving queries or transferring to the right colleague.
  • Responding to customers, in a polite and professional manner, by email and telephone.  Answering any queries, they may have regarding their order.
  • Communicating with internal shopfloor, buying, warehouse and transport teams and external couriers to establish product details, stock availability or delivery options. 
  • Resolving any customer issues.  Escalating to the Team Leader, as appropriate.
  • Administering our Webbs clubCard loyalty scheme by processing renewals, expiries, answering queries and sending out packs.
  • Supporting the retail management team with various admin tasks (including using Excel, Word and various bespoke databases). 
The successful candidate will have:
  • Minimum 1 year office experience or have spent some time in an office environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot quickly.
  • Strong administration and IT skills to enable the interrogation of data across our multiple systems accurately.
  • Experience of mulit-tasking. Able to work at pace to meet our customer demand, being flexible about duties depending on peaks and troughs.
  • The ability to learn and process webshop systems including couriers, payments and be able to work through a variety of customer based inboxes.
This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 per week which will include weekends.
