With pretty red leaves which darken in colour in cooler weather, and a contrasting green underside, the smaller leaves can be used in stir fries and salads
The outer leaves, or even the whole heads can be fried or braised as a vegetable
What you need to know:
1 x packet of Pak Choi Rubi F1 seeds
Each packet contains approximately 150 seeds
Use as vegetable or salad leaf
Sow in March to April and again in late summer for successional sowing
