A particularly useful variety for summer harvest, producing deep, round, white curds and without the pink tinge which can often occur on summer Cauliflowers. Vigorous habit means this variety will also perform well on less fertile soils.

Sowing Instructions: Sow mid October, to overwinter in coldframe, transplant in March, February to March under glass or April outdoors, in seed trays or pots of good seed compost at 15-20C (59-68F) under glass or in a propagator. Outdoors, sow thinly 12mm (½ inch) deep in a prepared seedbed. Keep well watered.

Growing Instructions: Overwintered plants and those hardened off from sowings under glass can be transplanted into well prepared, firm soil allowing 60x45cm (24x18 inches) between plants. Plant firmly with lower leaves just above soil level. Water until established. Ideally keep netted to deter birds, caterpillar, cabbage fly and cabbage aphid. Transplant outdoor sowings when large enough to handle.

Aftercare Instructions: Prefers a well-drained soil in full sun
