What you need to know:
- 1 x Angus & Oink Big Phat Greek Seasoning Rub 200g
- No thickeners, preservatives, colourings or other additives
- Use on chicken, pork or shrimp for making homemade Gyros and Souvlaki
- Apply rub to moist meat surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in. Use olive oil & lemon juice in a zip lock bag. Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-4% meat weight
