Inspired by the time that the founders of Angus & Oink spent living in the Middle East, this Angus & Oink Middle East Shawarma Seasoning Rub is designed to be used in shawarmas: grilled chicken or lamb usually served inside a flat bread, but accompanied by fries and a little salad with some garlic sauce and hot sauce
This Shawarma seasoning is full of Middle Eastern promise. Spices from India, North Africa and Europe collide head on in a proliferation of fantastic flavours

What you need to know:

1 x Angus & Oink Middle East Seasoning Rub 200g
No thickeners, preservatives, colourings or other additives
Use on lamb and slow cook it for pulling, whack into a flat bread with fresh yogurt, taboule and pomegranate. Or use on barbecued lamb chops or lamb shoulder kebabs
