How do I buy tickets?
Tickets can be bought in-store at Webbs or online at www.webbs.co.uk.
PLEASE NOTE: We don’t accept telephone bookings.
Can I get a discount?
Free carer tickets are available, please call 01527 860000 to book.
Where an adult or child requires assistance to attend because of a health condition or disability and is in receipt of any of the following benefits, they will qualify for a free carers ticket. Proof will need to be provided on the night:
- Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care component);
- Attendance Allowance
- Personal Independence Payment (daily living or mobility component)

Accessibility:
Wheelchair users can access the circus. If you or your companion(s) have any access requirements, such as seating space for wheelchairs, please call us in advance on 01527 860000 and arrive 30 minutes before the show starts.
Babes in arms:
Babes in arms who do not require a seat can enter the circus free of charge.
Strobe/laser lighting:
Please note that some lighting used at this show may be disruptive to people who are sensitive to light. Speak to our team if you have any questions beforehand.
Are seats allocated?
No, seats are not allocated in the Big Top.
Can I take in a pram/pushchair?
Yes, prams & pushchairs are allowed into the Big Top, but these must be left inside the entrance. They cannot be parked next to your seats due to limited space.
Refunds & transfers
A £1 administration fee will be applied to all ticket refunds and exchanges.
A request for a refund must be made a full 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking and the final decision is at the discretion of Webbs management. A refund request made after this time will not be processed. Any ticket refunds that are permitted will be processed within 5 working daysI’ve got a problem online.
