  • You'll love the upright stately architectural shape of this variety, Red Star, a stunning foliage plant which is especially suitable for container planting or as an accent in a sunny, sheltered border
  • Long, thin, sword-like, arching, bronze-red leaves are retained throughout the year, and when mature, Cordyline australis 'Red Star' will produce dramatic white flower spikes that smell fabulous

  • 1 x Cordyline australis 'Red Star'
  • Plant Type: Tender Evergreen Shrub that keeps its leaves in winter
  • Flowers: White flower spikes when mature
  • Approx Height after 4 years: 6m
  • Approx Width after 4 years: 1.5m
  • Position: Full sun or part shade, but must be sheltered from cold winds
  • Soil Type: Free draining
  • Hardiness: Tender. Will require protection from prolonged frost

    Caring for your plant:
  • Little or no aftercare required. Low maintenance. Apply liquid fertiliser to promote healthy new growth
