  • As captured on Emma Bridgewater's Iris 6 1/2 Inch Plate, the iris is a flower that's always beautifully coiffed with its striking blue ruffled petals (called "falls") and handsome yellow beards
  • With its traditional shape and glaze, this plate has a vintage look with a smooth, modern finish
  • Each plate begins its life as clay which is dug out of the ground in Devon, Cornwall, Wales or Staffordshire, and is made using traditional skills and craftsmanship
  • Emma Bridgewater pottery is made from cream-coloured earthenware in their factory in Stoke-on-Trent, the home of British pottery
