Why we love it:
  • Compact habit with bright blue evergreen foliage and pure white flowers requiring little or no pruning
  • Eye catching and attractive all year round colour. Great for a dry spot, front or middle of the border. A summer highlight provided by a great show of flower
  • Selected from a breeding program run by a small specialist Hebe grower in Holland. Blue Star has grown in popularity as its pot and garden performance have proved its worth
  • Try this in simple steel planters for a classic look.

    What you need to know:
  • What to You'll Receive: 10-20cm height plant in a 2ltr pot with growing instructions
  • Plant Type: Evergreen Shrub
  • Flowers: Pure white flowers in May and June
  • Approx. Height after 4 years: 60cm (24”)
  • Approx. Width after 4 years: 60cm (24”)
  • Position: Sunny spot
  • Soil Type: Well drained
  • Hardiness: Hardy to --5Caring for your plant:
  • Little or no maintenance required.
  • If planting in a container, which we definately recommend, use a 50/50 mix of multi-purpose compost and John Innes no 3. A slow-release fertiliser from early Spring will definately help in the second year.
  • Ensure plants don't dry out in pots during dry spells
