  • Henney's pick locally grown varieties of genuine cider apples in the Autumn, before milling, pressing and fermenting - the resulting cider is then blended and stored through the winter, allowing it to develop a rich and mellow flavour
  • An intense apple flavour with a real depth. With notes of apricots and herbs.
