- Clump forming, fully hardy perennial
- Flowers early Spring in April, May
- Approx Height: 75-85cm
- Approx Spread: 30-45cm
- 2 bulbs / rhizones
- Plant shallowly keeping the upper part of the rhizone sitting on the surface of the soil
- Cut off the top one third of the leaves to protect from wind
- Divide and replant every 3 years
