In this role you’ll support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
 
You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of effective marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event channels, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and brand identity.
 
Digital media (70%)
  • Create engaging content via reels/video, beautiful imagery, and great copy.
  • Manage paid advertising across social channels.
  • Build cross-departmental relationships to ensure messaging is timely, relevant, and drives sales where applicable.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve any customer queries that come in, across social channels.
  • Weekly e-commerce emails to our database.
  • Topical, regular blog content. 
 Event co-ordination (20%)
  • Manage the events calendar and keep it up to date.
  • Source and manage materials and external contractors.
  • Upload events and ticketing information to the website and local ‘What’s On’ pages.
  • Liaise with the operational event team to ensure smooth handover and event delivery. 
 General (10%)
  • Input creatively to produce ideas and campaigns that help to drive the business forward. 
  • Update the website, point of sale (POS) and store signage where required.
  • Send out press releases.  Monitor budgets.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • University degree, CIM or CAM.
  • Organised and process-driven, able to prioritise.
  • Social media 'fluency'.  Whether through own enterprises or within a business, has learnt how to make content that drives engagement and followers.
  • Video production and editing skills.
  • Strong creative judgement
  • Networker - easily builds cross-departmental and supplier relationships.
  • Proactive self-starter with the confidence to work independently when required.
  • IT literate - training will be given but the role will use Microsoft Office, eCommerce platforms, social media tools such as social media management tools (currently Vista), Tag Manager, Google Analytics, email software and Photoshop.
This is a full time and permanent position, working 39.5 hours per week.  There will be occasions where you’ll need to work outside of your normal hours, including weekends/evenings/Bank Holidays in order to meet business needs.
 
The role is based at our store in Wychbold and so you must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
