Penstemon Volcano Vesuvius is part of the 'Volcano' series of clump forming, herbaceous perennials with narrow, green leaves and attractive trumpet like flowers from spring to early autumn

Named after famous volcanoes they will all inject some welcome colour into your borders

Penstemon Volcano Vesuvius bears stunning blue purple flowers with white throats. It looks great in a cottage garden planting scheme, a mixed herbaceous border or even a container where it can show off to its full potential and as it's more compact than many penstemons it's a good choice for the smaller garden or if you are simpy running out of space

1 x Penstemon Volcano Vesuvius Plant

2 litre pot

Plant Type: Hardy Perennial

Flowers: Early fiery red flowers that have a white throat streaked with purple from May to October

Approx Height: 60cm

Approx Spread: 30cm

Position: Full sun or partial shade

Soil Type: Prefers free draining soil

Hardiness: Fully hardy
