Sant’ Elia is the rural Italian farmhouse in north west Italy that the Avis family, from Worcestershire, lovingly renovated. This idyllic setting in the Italian countryside is where the family have nurtured their philosophy of health and wellbeing.
Working with local farmers and agronomists (experts on soil and plant science) the family have planted new vines, olive trees and fruit orchards.
Every member of the family get involved in growing, harvesting and producing small batches of red and rosé wine using Montepulciano and Verdicchio grapes grown in incredible soils.
