- Years of development and engineering have gone into this barbecue to produce a 2 burner gas BBQ where absolutely everything is easy and reliable
- The Spirit II E-210 BBQ features the Weber GS4 grilling system, with its 4 key components - infinity ignition, burners, flavorizer bars and grease management system
- Each burner has a newly developed ignition which is built to ignite every time. The burners now feature a unique tapered shape which combats gas purging giving a consistent gas flow from front to back and ensuring an even heat distribution
- The cooking grate is porcelain-enamelled and easy to clean. It also features the Weber Gourmet BBQ System, a unique hinged system that makes it possible to add the GBS accessories for total cooking flexibility
- Underneath the cooking grates and above the re-designed burners sit re-designed Weber Flavorizer bars which are carefully shaped to just the right angle to catch dripping fats and cooking juices that smoke and sizzle to add the characteristic barbecue flavour. Any cooking juices not vapourised are then funnelled away from the burners down into the Grease Management System
- The Grease Management System channels excess juices and fats not vaporized into a catch pan for easy clear up after each barbecue
- Two side tables are useful for food preparation and accessory and tool storage, and with the gas cylinder located to the side of the BBQ, you can also use underneath the open cart design for storage
- And if you want to impress friends and family, just add an iGrill 3 thermometer (available for separate purchase). This is an app controlled thermometer which tracks the internal food temperature and lets you know when it's ready.
