- The beans are very carefully sourced, with single estate cacaos bought directly from farmers. They are roasted in antique ball roasters and made into this raspberry white chocolate at the factory in Devon using just natural cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, milk and raspberries
- There's no added soya lecithin, no vanilla and no other additives that get in the way of the flavour of the bean so that you can discover the real taste and textures of true artisan chocolate
- The purity of flavour is achieved through using ingredients of the highest quality and using processes which respect them
- Willie's methods are a world apart from modern methods of chocolate manufacture where the average chocolate confectionery bar contains no more than 5 –10% cacao liquor; the rest is mainly fat and sugar
