- 1 x Mr Fothergills Mung Bean Seeds
- Harvest: January to December
- Indoors Sowing Guide: Sow indoors all year round. Wash the seed to be sprouted in cold water, soak for 8 hours prior to ‘sowing’ For Sprouts use either a jar which can be covered with muslin or a clean cloth, or use a seed sprouted. Place seeds in jar and cover with a cloth or place seed in a sprouted. Thoroughly rinse the seeds with tepid water at least twice a day and drain. If using a jar, placing a weight on the seeds while they grow will make the sprouts grow even larger and more crunchy, but this is optional. Harvest ready to harvest as sprouts in approx. 5-6 days dependent on temperature.
