We have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our Hospitality team at our garden centre restaurant in Cheltenham.

The role involves supporting our Chefs and Kitchen team by ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organisation. The primary focus of this role is maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environment, including washing up, cleaning work areas and equipment, and ensuring all hygiene standards are consistently met. Supporting chefs with basic food preparation and other kitchen tasks is a secondary aspect of the role, assisting the team during busy periods to help ensure a smooth service.

Webbs is a great training ground to complement studies and to gain experience in a fast paced and interesting kitchen environment. This role would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in maintaining high standards behind the scenes.

This is a full time permanent position, working on average 24 hours per week on a 2 week rota which can include weekday, evenings and weekend working.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous kitchen or hospitality experience, be reliable and hardworking, and take pride in maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Food hygiene knowledge and allergen awareness would be advantageous but full training will be given.

The role is based at our store in Cheltenham and so you must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
