Please read carefully - Webbs Garden Centres is issuing a product safety recall following guidance from Trading Standards.
Product affected:
My Village Glida Platform One - Complete Kit
Product codes: 2025: 1316586 / 2024: 1283265
Trading Standards have advised that the 3-pin plug supplied with this product does not meet British safety standards, despite the product and power pack being marked with CE and UKCA symbols.
As a precaution, this product is being recalled due to a potentially safety risk.
What customers should do:
- Stop using the product immediately
- Return the product to any Webbs Garden Centre for a full refund
If you are unable to return the product in person, we can arrange a free postal return or collection.
