Join us for an exclusive Cocktail Masterclass at Webbs, Wychbold, hosted by premium botanical spirit brand, Wildjac.   

Explore the distinctive range of Wildjac's botanically crafted spirits and master the art of cocktail-making in this interactive experience. Discover how Wildjac expertly selects and blends the finest local botanicals foraged from the heart of the Wyre Forest to create unique flavour profiles. Learn professional cocktail techniques and expert tips for the perfect serve, while enjoying a menu of gin, vodka and rum cocktails, paired perfectly with a curated selection of tasting plates, specially created by Webbs.  

We'll guide you through an extraordinary menu featuring Wildjac's finest spirits: 

  • Welcome drink and introduction:
    Naturally Dry Gin with Artisan Skinny London Tonic.

  • Guided tasting session:
    Wildjac Citrus Vodka and Wildjac Pink Grapefruit. 

  • Cocktail creation:
    Delicious Sour – Wildjac Apple Spiced Rum, lemon juice, Webbs Apricot Jam, sugar syrup, garnished with Webbs Peach in Brandy. 

  • Guided tasting session:
    Wildjac Apple & Elderberry Gin and Wildjac Cherry Spiced Rum.

  • Cocktail creation:
    Berry Collins – Wildjac Damson and Raspberry Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, soda, garnished with raspberry. 
     

Food Menu 13th June, all dishes are paired with the guided tasting session: 

  • Canapés. 

  • Braised Duck Leg, Cucumber & Chilli Salad with pickled ginger.  

  • Curried Cauliflower Fritter with pickled shallots, lime & coconut yogurt. 

  • Slow Cooked Pork Belly with apple puree and Crispy Sage Treacle Chicken with spring onion. 
     

Food Menu 29th August, small bite dishes to come out throughout the whole course: 

  • Fig & Goats Cheese with Webbs honey and pistachios 

  • Pea & Ham Hock with mint and chive 

  • Roast Grapes & Brie Toast with Webbs honey and sea salt 

  • Duck & Cucumber bites with hoisin sauce, spring onion, red chilli and sesame seeds 

  • Beetroot & Gin cured Salmon with lemon and dill cream cheese 

  • Sticky Pork Belly with cucumber, apple and spring onion 


What you need to know: 
The masterclass will be hosted by David Swain, who is a gin educator at Wildjac. David loves to share his passion for flavour and distillation through hands-on gin-making and tasting sessions. With a background in hotels and cocktail bars, he knows his way around botanicals and loves encouraging people to experiment with ingredients and flavours. Whether you're a beginner or a gin enthusiast, David makes the process fun, creative, and full of discovery.
