Join us for a beautiful Sunday afternoon ritual of movement, sound, and stillness - a nourishing session with Shelley from Sounds Omazing, offering a peaceful space to close the week feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

As the wheel of the year turns and we enter the balance of the Autumn Equinox, we are invited to pause, reflect, and honour the transition into a new season. This moment of equal day and night offers an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves, release what no longer serves us, and gently embrace the quieter, more inward energy of autumn.

Held in our cosy, fairy-lit tipi overlooking Flora Fields - our vibrant PYO dahlia field - this special seasonal gathering invites you to surrender to the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and voice, as you gently unwind, held by sound, sky, and silence.

Through gentle mindful movement, breath awareness, and calming practices, we’ll release tension, ground into the present moment, and create space for renewal. We’ll then journey into Shelley’s intuitive sound bath, designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite a deep sense of relaxation, reflection, and inner harmony.

Surrounded by over 5,000 blooms across 60+ dahlia varieties, Flora Fields will be alive with colour - creating a beautiful natural backdrop for reconnection, rest, and seasonal reflection.

This unique sound journey also honours the subtle vibrations of the dahlias themselves, working with their natural bioacoustics to create a shared resonance between the plants and the sounds of gongs, bowls, and voice - allowing us to offer sound to the flowers while receiving their gentle energy in return.

Perfect for individuals, couples, or friends seeking a meaningful shared experience.

Your ticket includes a complimentary autumnal refreshment to restore and replenish after the session - a perfect way to close this moment of calm and connection.
