
Sunset Yoga with Sophie

Wind down at the end of your day with a soulful Vinyasa yoga class that invites you to reconnect with your body, calm your mind and create space to simply be. Led by yoga teacher and wellness coach, Sophie Ward, this slow, nourishing flow yoga is rooted in mindfulness, movement and self-compassion.
Sophie’s classes are designed to guide you back to alignment, ease and inner clarity. Through a gently energising sequence, she will seamlessly integrate breath with movement, helping you build strength, flexibility and a deeper sense of calm.
This special sunset session takes place in our beautiful, fairy-lit event tipi at Flora Fields, Webbs Wychbold. The tipi overlooks our vibrant dahlia field, which will soon be bursting with colour as over 5,000 blooms in 60+ varieties come into flower. The tipi is fully equipped with a solid floor for stability and comfort.

What to Expect:

Open to all levels - beginners welcome and no prior experience of yoga is necessary.

All mats and props are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.

You may wish to bring an extra layer (jumper, socks, blanket) for relaxation at the end of the class.

Free on-site parking.
Please note: Sophie will be away on Wednesday, 27th July and Wednesday, 26th August. Cover will be arranged for both sessions, ensuring the same style and quality of teaching.

Your yoga session includes free entry to Flora Fields, our PYO dahlia experience (open from Saturday, 15th August). You’re welcome to explore the field up to 30 minutes before your class and soak up the beauty of the season,

Sophie Ward, founder of Sophie Ward Wellness, is a qualified yoga instructor (200 RYT with Soul Sanctuary, Worcester), certified breathwork facilitator and holistic life coach. She specialises in nervous system regulation and the mind-body connection, helping you to find calm amidst the chaos of daily life.
