- Fantastic food vendors on-site, including The Beefy Boys on November 8th and on both dates Yardbirds - fried chicken, Primal - pulled beef, loaded fries, Food at Webbs - pork baps and apple sauce and all the sweet treats - toasted marshmallows, popcorn, churros, toffee/chocolate apples! Scrumptious Stacks (crumble puddings).

Webbs, Worcester Rd, Wychbold, Droitwich Spa, WR9 0DG. The food stalls and fairground rides are located at the bottom of the car park by The Riverside Gardens, with entry via the ticket hut. For detailed directions, find us on Google Maps here
Entry is £10 per adult, £8 per child (3+) and free for babes in arms (0-2). This includes fireworks and live band access. Fairground rides are an additional charge. Please arrive promptly within your time slot (5:30 pm, 5:45 pm, 6:00 pm, or 6:15 pm) to help us manage congestion.
Parking is free and available on-site at Webbs. We expect the event to be well-attended, so we encourage you to travel with friends or family to help ease car park congestion.
The store will close at 6:00 pm to allow us to clear shoppers and free up parking spaces for those attending the fireworks. Please plan to do any shopping before this time.
No, sparklers are not permitted for health and safety reasons.
The event takes place on a mix of hard standing and grass. While some areas may be less accessible than others, our main tipi tents have ramped access, and a disabled toilet is available nearby.
You are welcome to transfer your tickets to another available time or date for the fireworks nights. You can do this at home by logging into 'My Account' at webbsevents.co.uk before your time slot. If you experience any issues, please call 01527 860000. We regret that all tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final.
The event will proceed in rain or similar conditions. In the unlikely event of extreme weather, such as strong winds, lightning, or heavy snow, we may have to cancel. We will inform all customers by email by 2:00 pm on the day if this occurs, and tickets will be refunded within 14 working days.
No, the funfair rides are not free. They are charged at £3 per person, per ride, to help us cover the costs of using an external provider.
No, dogs are not permitted at this event.
