  • Vivid blue flowers on long stems that are ideal for cutting and packed full of nectar and pollen for visiting insects.

What you need to know:
  • Sow Between: March to May
  • Flowering Months: July to September
  • Indoors Sowing Guide: Sow indoors March to May in trays of seed compost thinly and cover seed lightly with compost. Cover tray with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 20oC. Keep moist. Remove cover when seedlings appear. When large enough transplant 5cm apart to trays or pots of compost. Stand outside for a few days in late May (avoid frosts). Transplant 25cm apart in flowering position. Keep moist and weed free.
  • Outdoors Sowing Guide: Sow outdoors March to May in a prepared seed bed in flowering position. Sow thinly in rows 25cm apart or in a noughts and crosses grid. Cover lightly with fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. When large enough, thin to 25cm apart. Keep moist.
  • Grows To: 80cm Height x 30cm Spread
  • Flowering Colour: Blue
