Why we love it:Shallot Golden Gourmet is an RHS AGM variety which is an improvement on the traditional 'Giant Yellow' shallot variety It's a Dutch shallot variety and the bulbs have lovely golden brown skins These shallots are very tasty for cooking and of course for pickling, but the flavour is also mild enough to allow them to be used in salads They are slow to bolt and are a good shallot variety for storing, as they keep well for several monthsWhy we love it: 1 x Shallot Golden Gourmet 12 shallots Height 35cm Spread: 15cm Plant in Spring for Summer harvesting From O.A.
