Please note: All attendees - including every adult and every teenager aged 13+ - must have their own valid ticket. Tickets must be booked in advance. A maximum of four adults per booking.

Tickets are allocated by child. If 11 tickets are remaining for a session, there are 11 child tickets available to see Santa in that slot. If you have 2 children and 1 ticket is remaining for that session, you will need to select a different session time. A maxium of 4 adults can be added on top of the child tickets.
Babes in arms accompanying older siblings must have a valid ticket; they will receive a gift as part of the experience. There are baby toys to choose from.
Free carer tickets can be provided for each paying disabled visitor.
A fantastic festive journey...
Wander through our traditional Christmas Grotto at Webbs, Cheltenham with winter scenes and surprises around every corner! Children can post their letters to Santa before mixing their own reindeer food to take home ready for Christmas Eve. Then it's time to see Santa in his cosy cabin to complete the magical experience before choosing a toy. Finally, they'll be time to decorate some festive gingerbread.
This year children can choose from a range of toys, including Peter Rabbit playmat and Peppa Pig bathtime set, soft plushies, unicorn and dino toys, Bluey crafts, racing cars, K-Pop World surprise, jewellery, slime and tie dye crafts.
