Something magical is happening at the North Pole…
The Sugar Plum Fairy has travelled all the way from the Land of Sweets to visit Mr and Mrs Claus and help with the preparations for the most important night of the year.
But something has gone wrong, and with Christmas fast approaching, the North Pole is in need of some little helpers to make sure everything is ready for the big day. Young visitors will be invited to join the adventure, helping to save Christmas along the way. There’ll be plenty of high jinks, games and sing-songs before the most important moment of all – precious individual time with the big man himself.
And the adventure doesn’t end there. The children will meet Mrs Claus in her North Pole kitchen, where there’ll be a little more festive fun and a special crafty keepsake to make before heading home

Our full address is Webbs, Millets Farm, Kingston Road, Frilford, Oxfordshire, OX13 5HB. Tel: 01865 391923. Please head to the outside garden plants area and turn right. The Grotto is situated in two large barns at the back of the garden area. It will be signposted.
Our magical Grotto experience takes families on a festive journey through five beautifully themed rooms, each filled with Christmas magic, interactive moments and seasonal surprises.
As you make your way through the experience, you'll meet a host of friendly festive characters before arriving at Santa's cosy grotto for a special one-to-one visit and a memorable family photo. The adventure concludes with a festive activity, plenty of Christmas cheer and, of course, a wonderful gift for every child.
We're putting the finishing touches to this year's experience, so more magical details will be revealed soon.
Over recent years, it has become increasingly challenging to find Santas with a real beard who are in good health, available for a busy North Pole Grotto, and able to meet the demands of a full Christmas season. After careful consideration, we have decided to work with a team of professional actors, aged 50+, who will wear high-quality theatrical beards and authentic Santa costumes. This gives us a much larger pool of talented Santas who are experienced in creating magical moments with children, while also ensuring we have reliable cover throughout the season. We believe this approach will help us deliver the warm, engaging and memorable Santa experience that families expect from a visit to the North Pole.
Please arrive promptly at the entrance to the Christmas Grotto at the time of your session booking. Our team will need to scan your booking barcode to allow you into the event. Please ensure you can show a copy of your confirmation email on your smartphone or tablet. Alternatively, bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation email, including the barcode. [ If you are unable to do either of these, please bring your booking reference number to the event at the time of your session.] We can get extremely busy during November and December, so please give yourself plenty of time to arrive, park and make your way to the centre before entering the Grotto. If you miss your allocated time, we can't guarantee that we will be able to provide a new time as our grotto does get very sold out.
The toilets are located in-store. Please ensure you use the facilities before you visit the Grotto as it is a 5 minute walk back to the bathrooms.
Your visit should take around 45 minutes.
Your own photography and filming are not permitted in Santa's Parlour, but are permitted everywhere else in the grotto - please be careful not to film children other than your own due to safeguarding reasons.
Food & drinks can be bought in the on-site restaurant.
If space is available, tickets can be transferred once free of charge up until the day before by logging into your account at webbsevents.co.uk We regret that tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final.
